About Thong Nguyen

Thong Nguyen is a movement scientist and the founder of KaizenTao: A Path to Continual Growth. KaizenTao combines Thong's martial arts, sports, athletics and dance expertise into a functional, combative, health, mobility system. It is a path devoid of blind faith and mysticism, fueled by science, wisdom, respect and most of all, gratitude. Thong is also an accomplished photographer and highly regarded dance teacher/coach. He strives to embrace the unknown with courage and vigor, to have a life well lived free from regrets.
