I am from Mexico City. I started training PHYSICALY MA 35 years ago. 15 years ago in 1999 my REAL MA training started when I met my mentor Robert Koga, this was precisely the reason I met Thong. He has the sad experience of met a Koga “instructor” in his town who gave a bad impression of what Bob Koga really was as person and his method. I invite Thong to met my mentor in California. After meeting Thong I realize how different he was as person and Martial Artist. His way of teaching and interact was a demonstration of REAL Martial Arts.
After this meeting I have the honor to visit him in Washington and he open the door to me to discover a lot of things that he mention I already have, but not have a clear idea of how to approach them. After that, my MA journey have improve 1000%. I thank Thong for this gift.
